The Cleaning Crew Supervisor is the head of the Cleaning Crew department. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): hiring, training, scheduling, approving payroll and supervising the Cleaning Crew team; overseeing the basic maintenance and cleanliness of our facilities, including the public & performance spaces, administrative offices and external properties; and maintaining the annual cleaning plan in concert with the needs of all other departments. To be considered, candidate must be a strong leader, be a self-starter with an eye for detail and have a positive attitude.
Candidates must also possess hands on janitorial experience, have knowledge of special equipment and cleaning materials, have strong administrative office and computer skills, have extraordinary communication skills, be highly organized, be able to handle multiple tasks within a busy work environment, and work as both a member and leader of a team. Managerial experience is a must.
Position requires a flexible schedule to include working holidays, weekends, and both day or evening hours.
