Part-Time Digital Media Coordinator

Blue Man Productions, the parent company of the theatrical production Blue Man Group, is looking for a part-time temporary Digital Media Coordinator to support the Marketing team.  The ideal candidate will have experience using the Adobe Suite and CMS systems, and handling multiple projects across several different markets. This role reports to the Digital Media Manager. 

 

Responsibilities include:

 

·       Auditing blueman.com ticket calendars and landing pages

·       Assisting with website updates via Drupal CMS

·       Coordinating requests from all  markets within the project management system

·       Maintaining social media contests on social platforms and contest platforms

·       Monitoring social media feeds and content scheduling

·       Assisting in the creation of HTML emails

 

 

Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience, excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills, and the ability to multitask within a busy work environment.  Must be an organized, motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and proficiency in social media management, HTML email configuration, MS Office Suite, and Outlook.  Knowledge of Adobe Suite components (e.g. Photoshop and Dreamweaver) and Content Management Systems (Drupal 7) a plus.
