- Take the "6" train to Astor Place, walk one block south on Lafayette Street.
- Take the "R" or the "W" to the 8th Street stop, walk one block south to Astor Place and one block east to Lafayette Street. Late night (after 10), the N train replaces the R train.
- Take the "B","D","F", or "Q" to the Broadway-Lafayette stop, walk four blocks north to East 4th Street and one block east to Lafayette Street ,then walk one-half block north.

Take "33rd Street Train" to 9th Street Station. Walk East 4 Blocks to Lafayette Street. Turn Right and walk 2 blocks to The Astor Place Theatre.

- Take the "6" train (DOWNTOWN) to Astor Place, walk one block south on Lafayette Street.
From Port Authority

- Walk to Times Square, take the "W" or the "R" to 8th Street, walk one block south to Astor and one block east to Lafayette Street.

Brooklyn Bridge
- Stay in right lane coming off bridge
- Follow signs to FDR Drive North
- Take exit 5 (Houston Street)
- Travel west on Houston Street
- Make a right on Lafayette Street
- Travel north 4 blocks to theatre
George Washington Bridge
- Take Henry Hudson Pkwy/Westside Highway South
- Take the Canal Street - East exit
