Full-Time Digital Media Coordinator

Blue Man Productions, the parent company of the theatrical production Blue Man Group, is looking for a full-time Digital Media Coordinator to support the Marketing team and Blue Man Group’s digital content strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience using tools such as the Adobe Suite, Content Management Systems, basic HTML and handling multiple projects across several different markets. This role reports to the Digital Media Manager.


Responsibilities include:


Auditing blueman.com ticket calendars and landing pages
Assisting with website updates via Drupal CMS
Coordinating requests from all  markets within the proof management system, ProofHQ
Maintaining day-to-day operations on social platforms and/or social contest platforms
Monitoring social media feeds and content scheduling
Assisting in the creation of HTML emails
Assisting in image production for both ad production and social media content, in collaboration with the Marketing department


Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience, excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills, and the ability to multitask within a busy work environment.  Must be an organized, motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and proficiency in social media management, HTML email configuration, MS Office Suite, and Outlook.  Knowledge of Adobe Suite components (e.g. Photoshop and Dreamweaver) and Content Management Systems (Drupal 7) a plus.
