By appointment only, we will be seeing performers for the role of Blue Man. 5’10”-6’2″, athletic build. Excellent acting/physical theater/improvisation skills. Drumming skills are an advantage, but a good sense of rhythm is necessary. Willingness to relocate if necessary. Casting for Chicago, Orlando, Boston, and Las Vegas. Note: Seeking male and female performers for this role.

Best known for multimedia performances that feature three bald and blue characters, ‘Blue Man Group’ is theater, ritual, comedy, rock music, and dance party all rolled into one. The character has strong roots of the downtown New York performance art scene as well as significant nods to vaudeville and Le Coq’s principals of playfulness, togetherness, and openness.
